10XPowerup is not responsible or liable for any discharge of live ammunition that may result in harm, injury or death to persons or property. We require all participants to adhere to the following NRA and 10XPowerUp fundamental rules of firearm safety: 1) ALWAYS-Keep the gun pointed in a safe direction. 2) ALWAYS- Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot. 3) ALWAYS-Keep the gun unladed until ready to use. 4) In this event we are NOT using live ammunition, so the gun not only is required to be unloaded, but also, NO LIVE AMMUNITION is allowed in the training area. No Exceptions!
